He pursued higher education at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated with honors in 2001, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. His academic achievements led to acceptance into multiple law schools, reflecting both his intellectual curiosity and commitment to professional growth. David later attended Charlotte School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2012. His legal education provided a valuable foundation for understanding contracts, negotiations, regulations, business structures, and development-related legal issues. Professionally, David established himself as a real estate developer and designer with a specialized focus on commercial hospitality development.
