About

David Manasher is a real estate developer, commercial designer, entrepreneur, and hospitality development specialist whose professional career reflects a unique blend of business education, legal training, design expertise, and real-world development experience. Born in Baku, Azerbaijan, during the era of the former Soviet Union, David immigrated to the United States in 1991 with his family in pursuit of greater opportunity and freedom. His family settled in Fort Worth, Texas, and he spent much of his formative years growing up in Arlington and Dallas. The immigrant experience helped shape his perspective on perseverance, education, hard work, and entrepreneurship. From an early age, David demonstrated a strong interest in business, technology, and problem solving. He pursued higher education at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he graduated with honors in 2001, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. His academic achievements led to acceptance into multiple law schools, reflecting both his intellectual curiosity and commitment to professional growth. David later attended Charlotte School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2012. His legal education provided a valuable foundation for understanding contracts, negotiations, regulations, business structures, and development-related legal issues. This combination of business and legal training became a significant asset throughout his real estate career. Professionally, David established himself as a real estate developer and designer with a specialized focus on commercial hospitality development. His projects have centered on transforming commercial properties, developing hospitality-focused concepts, renovating restaurants, and creating environments that blend functionality, aesthetics, and operational efficiency. Known for his attention to detail and design-oriented approach, David believes successful development projects require both creative vision and practical execution. He approaches every project with an emphasis on long-term value creation, efficient space utilization, and creating memorable customer experiences. Beyond development, David has a deep interest in legal studies, public policy, and emerging legislation. He regularly studies legal developments and industry trends to remain informed on issues impacting business, development, and entrepreneurship. Outside of work, David enjoys reading, writing, and researching a wide range of subjects related to business, law, economics, and innovation. He is also passionate about automotive design, particularly Porsche vehicles. His interest in Porsche engineering and custom modifications is especially focused on the Porsche 911 (996 generation), which he admires for its design, performance, and engineering evolution. David is also committed to community involvement and philanthropy. He has volunteered with synagogues in Florida and New York and has dedicated time helping individuals struggling with alcohol and substance addiction. His charitable efforts reflect his belief in supporting others and contributing positively to the communities around him. In addition to his development work, David is currently publishing a book that reflects his experiences, perspectives, and professional insights. Through writing, he hopes to share lessons learned from entrepreneurship, development, personal growth, and overcoming challenges. Today, David Manasher continues pursuing innovative opportunities in commercial real estate, hospitality development, restaurant renovation, and business ventures while remaining committed to lifelong learning, community service, and professional excellence.
